Mike Stalnaker founded Community Baptist Church and serves as the Lead Pastor. Mike preached his first message over forty years ago. He has an earned B.A. in Bible and a M.A. and Doctorate in Pastoral Theology. He loves to read and has a passion for expositional preaching. Mike is a member of the Spring Hill Chamber and founder of the Leadership Luncheon. A lunch that brings together local business leaders, government officials, and pastors to encourage them to fulfill God’s will and design in their lives. He and his wife, Deena, enjoy raising beef cattle on their farm on the outskirts of Spring Hill. They have been married since 1986 and have two daughters and two sons. They are having the time of their lives being grandparents!

Dan joined the CBC pastoral team in the summer of 2018, after serving for 8 years as a Youth Pastor in central Pennsylvania. Dan earned a B.A. in Youth Ministry as well as a M.A. in Pastoral Studies. He and his wife, Brenda, are passionate about family ministry, specifically focused on the biblical pattern of marriage and raising children for Jesus Christ. They have found often that the most productive ministry in the lives of others is done in their home; They are blessed with four children who enjoy an active part in the ministry God has called them to. Carter is the oldest, and he has three sisters, Elliana, Addison and Felicity. Most of their days, outside of church ministry, are filled with the joy and craziness of having four children to shepherd. They enjoy biking, hiking, basketball, board games, and an occasional round of golf.

James and his family arrived at Community Baptist Church in March 2022. He oversees our new building project and our senior adult ministry. James earned a B.A. in Youth Ministry and a M.Ed. in Educational Management and has been in ministry since 2000. He enjoys ministry and loves encouraging and building-up people. His desire is to lead and love others to lift high the name of Jesus in song and prayer. James and his wife Tami have been married for almost 30 years. They are blessed with 3 grown sons and a daughter-in-law: Austin and Ashlyn (Spring Hill), Westin (Spring Hill), and Dylan (Orlando).
