Our Impossibly Perfect God
God is perfect in all His human interactions (1:1-15)
He offers perfect mercy to His people (v. 1, 3a, 7, 12-15, Jonah)
He promises perfect wrath on His enemies (v. 2, 4-6, 8-11)
We must repent while we have time.
We must fear God’s wrath seen in the Nineveh of Nahum (1:8; 2:6, 13; 3:5-6, 11, 15, 17)
We must find hope in God’s mercy seen in the Nineveh of Jonah and God’s people (Jonah; 2:1-2).
