This Week

• Foundations Ladies’ Night Out- The ladies in the Foundations Group (20s-40s) will be meeting for dinner in Berry Farms followed by axe throwing this Friday, April 12 at 6:30pm. Please fill out this form if you plan to attend one or both activities that evening. 
• Meaningful Membership: New Member Class- LAST CALL! The next New Member Class will be on Saturday, April 13 from 9-11:30am. If you’re planning to attend but haven’t signed up, please let Pastor Dan ([email protected]) or Sarah Powers ([email protected]) know by Friday afternoon. Childcare is provided for those who may need it. 
• VBS Sunday Lunch Workshop- The first VBS Workshop is this Sunday, April 14 from 12-3pm. Come prepared to help make the large decorations for the lobby and auditorium, but no special skills are needed. Lunch is provided (please sign up here) and a change of clothes is suggested.
• Mid-Week Services:
  • KidzLife and Youth will meet at their normal time from 6:30-7:45pm.
  • Ladies’ Bible Study- The ladies will meet in the Fellowship Hall from 6:30-7:45pm to continue their study of 1, 2, and 3 John.

Next Week

• Youth Hike and Lunch- The youth will be hiking and having lunch together on Saturday, April 20. Cost is $5 per person. We will meet at the church at 9:30am and return by 2pm.
• Bridal Shower for Emily Smothermon- The church is hosting a bridal shower honoring Emily Smothermon on Saturday, April 20 from 2-4pm. Emily and her fiancé, John, are registered on Amazon (found here). Join us as we celebrate their upcoming marriage!
• April Fellowship Meal and Family Meeting- The April Fellowship Meal will be hosted by the Legacy Group (40s-50s) on April 24 starting at 6pm. The Family Meeting will begin immediately following the meal in the Fellowship Hall. Please RSVP here or at the Info Table.

• Foundations VBS Workshop Meal Signup- The Foundations Group (20s-40s) will be providing lunch for this Sunday’s VBS Workshop. Please sign up here to help provide sides, dessert or drinks. 
• Missions Trip- Jamison Barrineau and Isaiah Scholl are going to Manila this month. Below is a list of items that would be a huge help to take with them and use in ministry. Please bring donated items to the church no later than April 21. Feel free to reach out to Jamison or Isaiah if you have any questions.

• Foundations Men’s Skeet Shooting- The men in the Foundations Group (20s-40s) will be going skeet shooting at Henry Horton on Saturday, May 4 at 10am. We will be doing 2 of the 5 stand rounds and 50 shells will be needed. Guns are available for rent and shells can be purchased as well. Lunch will follow for those that wish to stay. Please sign up here if you plan to attend. 
• Housing Need- Brett and Brittni Stowe, our missionaries to South Africa, will be with us May 3-5. Housing is needed for them and their two small children for Friday and Saturday night. Please contact Pastor Stalnaker if you are able to help. 
• Prayer & Care- One of the ways to care for our church family and carry each other’s burdens is through prayer. By filling out this prayer card or emailing [email protected], you can submit prayer requests to the pastors or communicate ways you may need help or are able to help those in need. We aren’t made to go through life alone. Asking for help and assisting those in need are ways we can live in community, the way God designed us to be. 
• Ladies Ministry Opportunity- All ladies are invited to The Reserve Assisted Living facility to play games with the residents on Saturday, April 27 from 10-11:45am. Please sign up here or at the Info Table. Can’t make it that Saturday? Additional dates are scheduled throughout the next few months.
