CBC is thrilled to once again host a weeklong VBS (Vacation Bible School). Throughout the week, we will spend focused time on learning from God’s Word, memorizing Scripture, and missions moments. Our team of volunteers will also lead the kids through exciting games, snacks, skits, and crafts.  

We would like to invite children ages 3 (potty-trained) – 5th grade to join us journey through Ireland in Emerald Crossing, where Psalm 23 comes to life! Kids will explore God as Shepherd, Guide, Comforter, Provider, and King through David’s story, hands-on activities, and apologetics.

Please register your children per their rising grade level (aka what grade they will be entering Fall 2026). Our registration form has expanded this year to provide upfront clarity on class request accommodations, waitlists, snack policies, and medical protocols. 

New This Year: Formerly combined, CBC is now offering separate Kindergarten and 1^st grade classes! This should allow more kids to join and provide a more focused, age-appropriate experience for each group.

Also new this year, CBC would love to register additional volunteers from our community. If you’re interested, please email communitykids@cbcspringhill.org to receive a volunteer registration link. Adults must have a child registered at CBC’s VBS; Youth (6th-12th grade) may serve if a parent will also be an onsite volunteer. Requirements include: regular attendance at a local church with a pastoral reference, presentation of a salvation testimony, submission to a background check, agreement to abide by CBC safety and ministry protocols, willingness to join a screening call with CBC leadership, and attendance at our June 3^rd onsite meeting. 

Once registered, you’ll start to receive detailed VBS updates in June. If you need to cancel or change any of the information in your registration, please let us know as soon as possible as we anticipate several classes may be waitlisted.

A “Bonny Farewell” to the Emerald Isle: Our Family Fun Night is set for Friday evening, June 19th. Please plan to join us! We’ll enjoy a joyful night of good food, fun activities, and a special closing celebration as we wrap up a special week together. 

We prioritize the safety and security of your children. All of our adult volunteers have background checks for your peace of mind and receive ministry training for familiarity with safety and other important protocols.
