• Outreach Opportunity: Bill Glass Behind the Walls- An informational meeting discussing the possibility of ministering in the prison in Nashville will be held tonight, January 25, from 6:30-7:30 at Bellevue Baptist Church in Nashville. RSVP using this link. This is a ministry we support through one of our missionaries, Michael Nolan.
• Community Kids Coffee Chat- Join our Children’s Director, Erin Howlett, at Cabin Coffee Co. this Saturday, January 27 from 1-3pm for a discussion about all things kids! All CK volunteers will receive a free drink. Please RSVP to Erin. 
• Small Groups Begin- Due to last week’s weather, Small Groups will actually begin the new semester this Sunday, January 28. Click here to view the schedule.
• Ladies’ Book Club- The Ladies’ Book Club meeting will be on Tuesday, January 29, starting at 10 am. Please bring an appetizer, salad or dessert and be ready to discuss “The Wind Blows in Sleeping Grass” by Katie Powner. Contact Cheri Beatty if you have any questions.
• Fellowship Dinner- Join us for a Fellowship Dinner, hosted by the Legacy group on Wednesday, January 31 at 6pm. In order to have enough tacos for everyone, please RSVP here or at the Info Desk by this Sunday. The suggested donation is $5/person or $20/family.

• **RESCHEDULED** A Winter RefresHer: Ladies’ Painting Party- The Ladies’ Painting Party has been rescheduled for this coming Saturday, February 3 from 2-4pm. Mollie Bozarth will be leading us through the painting process. If you have any questions, please speak with Stacey Richard.
• Children’s Ministry Prayer Time- The monthly prayer time devoted to the children, volunteers, and families in the Children’s Ministry will be on Sunday February 4 from 9-9:15. Contact Erin Howlett for more information.
• SAM Luncheon- The February SAM Luncheon is scheduled for Tuesday, February 6 from 11-12:30. See James White for more details.

Announcements

• Gift Card Collection and Prayer Requests for Taylor Family- We will be collecting gift cards (or money) to restaurants for the Taylor family as Lyndi and Bob travel to pursue additional treatment. They left yesterday afternoon and expect to be gone for about 3 weeks. Some specific prayer requests:
  • Pray that Lyndi can tolerate the treatments and God would use them for healing.
  • Pray for Bob as he balances caring for Lyndi and working remotely.
  • Pray for Noah and Sarah Kate as they remain at home. 
  • Pray for Lyndi’s parents as they care for the kids.
• Churchwide Soup/Chili Potluck and Men’s Dessert Contest- Men, dust off your pastry chef skills and get ready to wow the judges! Our Soup/Chili Potluck and Men’s Dessert Contest will be on Sunday, February 18 at 5:30pm. All are welcome to attend, even if you don’t bring a dessert. Please RSVP here or at the Info Desk.
