Registration details will be posted on the VBS page. If your plans change and your child is no longer going to attend, please email us. During VBS week, we cannot accept any walk-in registrations. Thank you for understanding.

Please enter our parking lot per our attendants’ directions, park in any available spot, and walk your children into the main lobby each morning. Our main doors will be marked by our friendly volunteers! Drop-off will open at 8:45 a.m. Our hosts will be happy to meet and direct you with next steps.

Doors will open at 8:45 a.m. Our check-in process involves two steps:

1. The main lobby will have computer check-in stations where you will enter your pre-registered phone number and check-in your child. Two stickers will print for each child: each child will wear one of the stickers, and the second will be the parent receipt sticker that matches the child’s sticker. The parent receipt sticker (or picture of the same) must be presented upon pickup for child release. You may send a picture or give the sticker to another adult for pickup. Loss of the receipt sticker will require presentation of a driver’s license. This process is in place for the safety of the children and our volunteers.
2. Each child will also receive a colored wristband that will match their team color. For those with medical/allergy alerts, an additional red wristband will be worn. Teams are sorted by age groups. Once wristbands are on, hosts will be available to guide you and your child into the auditorium to meet the team lead and sit with their team.

Doors will open at 12 p.m. for pickup. Please use the same parking procedure and head into the main entrance where hosts will direct you. You will enter the auditorium from the main lobby and pick up your child from their team area. After child pickup, you will be guided through a side exit and then show your parent receipt sticker to VBS crew members. As you pick up your child’s daily craft while leaving through our side lobby, there will be a final sticker check before exiting to the parking lot.

Our team is excited to serve your family! All volunteers have been background checked. We additionally have safety team support onsite.

We will have alternative snacks available for all those needing food accommodations for gluten, nuts or dairy. If further accommodations are needed, parents are welcome to bring their child’s snacks in labeled baggies with name and grade. The daily snack menu will be posted here.

Kids can earn points to cash in at our Friday night prize booth. In addition to the daily contests, kids are also able to earn points for attendance, memory verse completion, and showing enthusiasm and kindness throughout our VBS rotations. The daily contests will be posted here.
